1. Introduction
JoCoding, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), values the privacy of its users and complies with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information in connection with the AI Animal Face Test service ("Service").
The free face analysis runs on your device and does not upload your photo to our servers. If you voluntarily use the feedback tool, the information described below is sent to our feedback service provider.
2. Information We Collect and Purpose of Use
Free Animal Face Test
- Information Collected for Analysis: None.
- Image Processing: Photos are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers for the free analysis.
Optional Feedback
- Information Collected: Feedback text and any name, email, screenshots, annotations, recordings, or attachments you choose to submit; page language and path; browser, device, IP/location, and diagnostic information such as console logs, network requests, or interaction events when those project features are enabled.
- Purpose: To respond to feedback, diagnose bugs, and improve the Service.
- Service Provider: Userback Pty Ltd processes this information for us. See Userback's Privacy Policy.
- Photo Protection: User-photo, webcam-preview, and generated premium-report elements are excluded from Userback screenshots and session replays by default. Visual material can still be included when you deliberately choose to share or attach it.
- Storage: The public feedback widget uses browser local storage. Feedback is retained only as needed to review and resolve it, subject to our Userback workspace settings and Userback's retention policy.
Premium Animal Face Test
- Information Collected: Email address.
- Purpose: Payment processing and delivery of analysis report.
- Image Processing: Photos are transmitted to our servers via encrypted connection for detailed analysis. Uploaded photos and generated reports are retained for up to 90 days after the analysis is complete (so you can revisit your report), and are then automatically and permanently deleted. Photos uploaded without a completed payment are automatically deleted within approximately 30 minutes.
- Payment Information: Payment is processed through trusted payment processors such as Stripe. The Company does not store sensitive payment information such as card numbers.
2-1. Mobile App (iOS / Android)
The AI Animal Face Test mobile app ("App") processes information as follows.
Free Test in the App
- Information Collected: None. The free analysis runs entirely on your device; your photo never leaves your device.
Premium AI Report in the App (In-App Purchase)
- Photo Upload: Only when you purchase a premium AI report — and after an in-app notice next to the purchase button — the photo you selected is transmitted to our servers via encrypted connection (HTTPS) for AI analysis.
- Retention: The uploaded photo and the generated report are retained for up to 90 days so you can revisit your report, then automatically and permanently deleted.
- Payment: Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive an anonymous purchase identifier for verification (via RevenueCat) and never receive your name, card number, or store account details.
- No account required: The App does not require sign-up and does not collect your email address.
Advertising in the App
- The App shows ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers (such as the iOS advertising identifier, with your permission via App Tracking Transparency, or the Android advertising ID) to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted.
- On iOS you can decline tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt or under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ads personalization in device settings. In regions where consent is required (e.g., EEA/UK), a consent form is shown and non-personalized ads are served unless you consent.
- Ad serving is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
App Analytics & Stability
- The App uses Google Firebase Analytics (anonymous usage statistics) and Firebase Crashlytics (crash reports) to improve the service. This data is not used to identify individuals.
3. Technical Information (Google Analytics)
The Service uses Google Analytics for service improvement purposes. This information is anonymized and cannot identify individuals:
Information Collected by Google Analytics
- Website usage statistics such as visitor count and page views
- Browser type, version, and operating system
- Approximate geographic information (city level)
This information is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and is not directly collected or stored by the Company.

4. Cookies
The Service uses cookies and local storage for limited purposes to provide a smooth user experience:
- Essential Cookies: Language settings, session maintenance, etc.
- Analytics Cookies (Google Analytics): Visitor statistics and service usage pattern analysis.
- Feedback Local Storage (Userback): Remembers feedback-widget state and supports voluntary feedback submission.
Cookies do not contain personally identifiable information. You can refuse the use of cookies through your browser settings.
5. Sharing of Information with Third Parties
The Company does not sell personal information. Limited information is processed by service providers only as necessary to operate the Service, including payment processing, analytics, advertising, and voluntary feedback collection. Other exceptions include:
- When users have given prior consent
- When required by law or by a lawful request from law enforcement agencies
6. Your Rights
Users may at any time access or modify their registered personal information and may request withdrawal of consent to the collection and use of their information.
Information related to Google Analytics is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. Users may opt out of tracking through the Google Analytics Opt-out tool.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 14 years of age.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in laws, policies, or the Service. Changes will be announced within the Service.
